Rapid Response Tea Parties Against Amnesty Bring Unity

November 17, 2009

by William Gheen
President, Americans for Legal Immigration PAC ALIPAC

Our Tea Parties Against Amnesty outmatched the opposition with less funds and media support, we have the momentum, and opposition attempts to thwart our events have backfired on them!

After President Obama's key ally Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) announced he would file Amnesty legislation this year to turn millions of illegal aliens in America into voters, immigration enforcement groups such as ALIPAC and NumbersUSA, and Rightmarch sprang into action.

While our strategies and efforts played a key role in defeating Amnesty legislation in 2006 and 2007, and we have dominated the pro-illegal immigration factions in almost every state legislation battle in 2008 and 2009, we know that it will take something truly historic for the American public to triumph over Amnesty this time.

So we took a gamble and called for Tea Parties Against Amnesty and Illegal Immigration to form quickly across the nation. With less than 30 days to prepare, the results were dramatic and encouraging.

In less than 30 days, we had protests and events arranged in more than 50 towns and cities across America!

With less than a month to respond and only a few thousand dollars to spend, we were able to match or exceed Congressman Luis Guitierrez's multi-million dollar Amnesty legislation launch party that took place in only 20 cities on October 13 of this year after several months of planning time! We exceeded his number of events and exceeded the number of Americans participating as well!
We outmatched Guitierez and his faction on the ground with a complete absence of national media coverage on our side. His events were promoted heavily by Spanish language national news sources like Telemundo and Univision backed by hundreds of spanish language radio stations.

We were outspent over 100 to 1, had less time, had less media support in advance and we still exceeded their efforts and that is because 80% of America's legal citizens side with us!

Since our November 14 events were just warm-ups for larger operations in the spring, we feel our current momentum and recent successes will manifest as much larger operations that will dwarf our opposition.

Some events were small with only 10-20 people, while others had hundreds of attendees. Somewhere between 3,000 and 5,000 people turned out for these rapid response Tea Parties, despite the fact that there was no national press coverage and very limited local coverage of the events beforehand!

We were able to organize more than 50 cities and towns with thousands of people through Internet communications, social media sources like Facebook and Twitter, and the help of existing Immigration Enforcement, Tea Party, and 9/12 groups, leaders, and activists!

Our initial efforts are a great prelude to much larger operations in the spring of 2010, when this push for unpopular Amnesty legislation will be the top issue in America. We believe we can have much larger crowds and over 100 cities organized by then.

Our events held near traffic were warmly greeted with honking horns and thumbs up from the vast majority of motorists responding. Sure, the illegal alien supporters scowled and engaged in lewd gestures but it was clear they only represent a very small fraction of the public who surrounds us.

We had talk radio show hosts, live bands, organization leaders and many candidates for public office, including candidates for Congress speaking at almost half of our events.

While we have a lot of pro-amnesty opposition to us in the 'old guard' media who refuses to tell people about such events before they happen, our press coverage after these events is excellent.

Our message got out loud and clear on FOX News on Sunday, Nov. 15, and as you can see by the collection of articles on our homepage at alipac.us, our Tea Parties Against Amnesty and Illegal Immigration generated a lot of press across America. We encourage all of you to read these articles at ALIPAC to see how we bypassed the biased news wire services such as the Associated Press and Reuters and delivered our message to millions of Americans despite their information blockades.

We spoke out and we were heard, and the results are that a sustained wave of new supporters are coming in to ALIPAC as people rush to sign up for our e-mail alerts, and our Facebook and Twitter accounts, which are now the strongest social media accounts on either side of the immigration debate!

Getting people to rapidly join the ALIPAC and NumbersUSA e-mail alerts systems remains one of our top priorities as these two groups will be spearheading the effort to stop Amnesty legislation in Washington, D.C. in 2009 and 2010. Please make sure you are on those lists and that everyone you know is as well. We need your support for the fight against Amnesty that is upon us.

Another part of our mission has been to push Luis Gutierrez and Obama back on their time line. Obama and the Senate are already retreating to 2010, but Gutierrez had threatened to file Amnesty legislation before the end of October. Thanks to your efforts, we have pushed him into retreat and his latest threat is to file the Amnesty bill before the end of November.

Gutierrez is having a national conference call with his activists base tomorrow, which is Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009. We will know soon if our Tea Parties Against Amnesty and Illegal Immigration are victorious in pushing him back to file his bill in 2010 as we have hoped!

We are trying to push the Gutierrez / Obama Amnesty legislation timeline back into 2010, because we know we will have a better chance of defeating this legislation for a fourth time in 2010 because it is an election year.

At most of the 50+ Tea Parties Against Amnesty & Illegal Immigration across America, we had someone read a long list of polls and surveys that show exactly where America stands on this issue. This series of polls discredit the handful of designer polls that lie to lawmakers and the public claiming that a majority of Americans favor a path to citizenship for illegals. Our numerous polls show clearly that 80% oppose any path to citizenship, taxpayer benefits, or special legislation to benefit illegal aliens.

POLLS AND SURVEY LIST
http://www.alipac.us/polls_surveys_opinions.html

Incumbent members of Congress will become very hesitant to proceed with the Gutierrez / Obama Amnesty legislation especially after watching New Jersey Governor Corzine go down in flames after pushing similar legislation during his election year!

Our Tea Parties Against Amnesty and Illegal Immigration are fresh on the minds of the public and part of our strategy is to gather up the resulting backlash against this new push for Amnesty.

President Obama and DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, instead of looking for more traitors in the U.S. government like the Fort Hood infiltrator, are responding to us already and released pro-Amnesty statements less than 48 hours prior to our Tea Parties Against Amnesty.

With almost 80% of Americans on our side against this legislation, we are in a perfect position to unify Americans. Our Unity will go beyond unifying immigration enforcement groups, Tea Party groups, and 9/12 groups. Our plans are to unify Republicans, Democrats, and Independents. Our plans are to unify blacks, whites, Hispanics, Asians and Native Americans. We will unify as the AMERICANS! And those pushing this nationally destructive, ridiculous Amnesty legislation are TRAITORS against We The People of the United States!

Of course these traitors will try to divide us any way they can. They will screech false charges of racism; they will try to pit Republican against Democrat and Democrat against Republican. They will attack with their fleet of biased bloggers and reporters, but we can turn those attacks against them with ease.

The more these pro-Amnesty faction members attack us and attempt to falsely malign us, the stronger we become due to the combination of how strongly the public aligns with our side.

While more than 95% of our Tea Parties proceeded without serious problems, there were flash points in Phoenix, St. Paul, and Ft. Lauderdale.

Not only did we outnumber Luis Gutierrez's protests in D.C., but the fervent calls among illegal alien supporting groups yielded less than 200 counter protesters up against our 3-5,000 Tea Party attendees.

In Phoenix, some Neo Nazis tried to show up despite the fact we told them they were unwelcome at our events and were pushed back by our supporters, but not before one of them shoved a veteran and senior citizen to the ground. We have made it clear that radical racist groups like the National Council of La Raza, MS-13, the KKK, Stormfront, Neo Nazis, MALDEF, and LULAC are no to be tolerated at our events and we made that clear in Phoenix.

We are looking into this incident to determine if these caricatured racist clowns with a rebel flag and picture of Hitler on a towel were actually racists dumb enough to assist the pro-Amnesty crowd or if they saboteurs on the payroll of the pro-Amnesty George Soros groups.

In St. Paul, anarchists got in the middle of our Tea Party on the state capital steps and harassed people. One was even able to lie his way to the podium, where he lambasted Americans of European decent and claimed they were illegals, responsible for mass violence and genocide, and should be deported.

The worst incident took place in Fort Lauderdale where communist supporters of the Obama / Gutierrez Amnesty bill that belong to a group called ANSWER FL (put in acronym for ANSWER) rallied a small group with an email that pronounced "we are calling on all people to come out tomorrow, to organize a militant confrontation with the so-called "tea baggers." Beating back these forces will require us to organize together, take the streets, fight the racists wherever they show their faces and drive them out of every community.""

The pro-Amnesty ANSWER-FL group violently attacked two Tea Party protesters that were simply trying to document their signs which bore the image of notorious communist and murderer Che Guiverra.

The video of this incident has been released by ALIPAC and is going viral on the Internet today. Pro-Amnesty supporters are continuing their assault on civil rights by making death threats and derogatory comments towards Americans of European descent beneath the video.

VIDEO
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ekW3HmlnYS4

These aggressive attempts to violate the civil rights of Americans are backfiring on the pro-Amnesty crowd today. In fact, these antics may have just blown any chance they had of passing Amnesty in 2009 or 2010. While 80% of Americans reject Amnesty, a higher percentage reject communists, fascists, and those that use lies, aggression, and violence to try and impose their political will over others.

The fact that so few tried to oppose us during these events and the fact we are only being challenged by radicals on both ends of the spectrum speaks to the fact that our movement is truly a movement of mainstream America.

We now have street level protest folks working hand in hand with seasoned citizen lobbyist and those that have been calling, faxing, and e-mailing congress about illegal immigration now have a new wave of energized supporters from the Tea Party and 9/12 ranks!

Many of the 9/12 and Tea Party supporters are happy to now be working with immigration enforcement groups that have substantial track records passing and defeating legislation. through citizen activism. It is our hope that the new fusion of energy with the groups that have the experience and strategies to successfully stop destructive legislation will be a winning combination.

We have to take our hats off and salute the fine organizers and concerned citizens that put these events together and often braved the elements to attend. Our people in Anchorage stood out in ten degree weather. Our fellow patriots gathering in many cities braved pouring rain and snow! While there were some rough edges in some places, we are proud of the dedication and hard work everyone put into these events. It was a learning experience and we can do even better in the next round!

Now we turn all of our attentions to lobbying members of Congress and gearing up with candidates for Congress in the 2010 elections.

There is a full fledged peaceful political revolution brewing in America that will cost large numbers of politicians their jobs next year.

We must continue and intensify our efforts to unify the four out five Americans that oppose Amnesty and other unpopular legislation into a popular political uprising that will truly bring CHANGE to America by placing We The People back in control of Washington, DC and place those that have betrayed the American public out in the streets or into prison where they belong.

Please review all of the press coverage coming in from around the nation about our events and we will have pictures and videos from our many great events on November 14, 2009 assembled for you soon.

Tea partiers brutally beaten by pro-amnesty group
Posted by ALIPAC on November 19th, 2009 at 11:43am

Shocking! Illegal immigration protesters attacked, pushed into traffic

Che Guevara supporters with a radical pro-amnesty coalition viciously attacked and bludgeoned tea party protesters at a Florida anti-illegal immigration rally, including a 62-year-old man who was beaten and kicked in the face.

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC, or ALIPAC, called for "Tea Parties Against Amnesty and Illegal Immigration" to form quickly across the nation on Nov. 14. In less than 30 days, protests were scheduled for more than 50 towns and cities.

But two Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., tea party protesters were brutally beaten by pro-amnesty activists on the day of the nationwide rally as they attempted to film Florida's Act Now to Stop War and End Racism Coalition, or ANSWER, counter-protest.

ANSWER members carried Che Guevara signs and other black and yellow placards that stated "Full rights for all immigrants." They shouted, "Amnesty yes, racists no!"

As the two men attempted to film the protest, a ANSWER member in a black tanktop and blue jeans lunged after one of the cameramen and beat him with a sign, pushing him into traffic. Another ANSWER member in a white T-shirt attacked the same cameraman while the victim defended himself with what appears to be a camera tripod.

A female tea party protester began screaming as Dave Caulkett of Floridians for Immigration Enforcement and the initial ANSWER attacker fought in the middle of the street.

The following is a video of the attack released by ALIPAC:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ekW3HmlnYS4

"Supporters of President Obama's Amnesty plans attacked Tea Party Against Amnesty & Illegal Immigration demonstrators in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009. One of the men attacked is 62 years old," ALIPAC reported. "Dave Caulkett of FLIMEN (Floridians for Immigration Enforcement) is assaulted and then kicked in the face while he is down. The other cameraman from the tea party is hit with several signs."

ALIPAC revealed that ANSWER Florida sent out an e-mail invitation urging members to join its "protest to shut down racist anti-'amnesty' rally" in Ft. Lauderdale prior to the event. ANSWER's letter stated the following:

The ANSWER Coalition is calling on all its members, allies, and friends to join us tomorrow to confront and shut down the racist "Anti-Amnesty Tea Party" in Ft. Lauderdale.

The "Anti-Amnesty" rallies being held across the country tomorrow have been initiated by fascist, white supremacist organizations that include the Minutemen and the so-called Americans for Legal Immigration.

Recent months have shown a significant rise in extreme-right activity with hate crimes and attacks on immigrants skyrocketing. White supremacist and fascist organizations have boasted rapid growth since the onset of the economic crisis. The new administration has continued the government's anti-immigrant policies with "desktop raids"-the liberal response to the fascist like workplace raids of the Bush years.

Racism is like anything else in this world: in order to make it fall, you must smash it! That is why we are calling on all people to come out tomorrow, to organize a militant confrontation with the so-called "tea baggers." Beating back these forces will require us to organize together, take the streets, fight the racists wherever they show their faces and drive them out of every community. …

We are building a movement that will beat back racism so that working people of all nationalities can unite and fight against our one, shared enemy: capitalism. Amnesty, full rights for ALL immigrants, is a demand that should be raised not just by the immigrant communities, but by every working class community in our struggle to solve this crisis by our own means.

Join us tomorrow, and join us in building the movement against racism and capitalist exploitation!

As WND reported earlier, ALIPAC Chief William Gheen said his group had been calling for a "peaceful, political revolution and uprising in America."

3. We have decided to run some online ads to support our organizers and these events despite the fact our funds are critically low. Interest in these events is very high and people are snapping our ads up! If you are willing to help us cover these unexpected expenses or even increase our ad expenditures, this will increase the turnout at our events. Those attending and organizing these events deserve all the support we can give them. If you are willing to chip in, please visit ALIPAC's Secure Online donations page at ...
http://www.alipac.us/content-9.html

For those that are attending, please consider spreading the word about ALIPAC and NumbersUSA to everyone you meet at these events.

One of our top goals is to rally more support for the groups that will be taking the lead in the lobbying battles in Washington DC in opposition to Amnesty for illegal aliens.

We have prepared two simple fliers you can print up at home. Please consider taking some of these to pass out at our events!

Making your own sign for these events can be fun and a creative way for you to express what you want to say. The most important thing is to support and attend the events, but American flags and signs are helpful but not required.

We have more suggestions for slogans and signs prepared for you at this link...

Some events like the ones in Raleigh, San Diego, Pasadena, Phoenix, Post Falls, Fort Lauderdale, Sebring, and others have guest speakers, candidates, group leaders and elected officials speaking. Other events are gatherings of patriots with flags and signs.

Please make an extra effort to invite Americans of every race, political party, creed, and denomination. These are not partisan events, we need unity and that unity comes from your efforts to invite and bring others.

All members of the American media are reminded that there will be protests and rallies called Tea Parties Against Amnesty and Illegal Immigration held in over 53 cities and towns tomorrow, Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009.

These events are designed to unify Americans of all races, faiths, and political parties who represent the 78% found in a recent Pulse Opinion poll who oppose any path to citizenship or any form of Amnesty for illegal immigrants currently in the United States.

We request that members of the media inform your audience prior to these events.

New details are being added to our listing of these events online each hour.

Event times, locations, details, and organizer contact information can be found on our EVENT LOCATIONS page at www.AgainstAmnesty.com

Any members of racist groups like MS-13, The Brown Berets, KKK, Aztlan Separatists, Neo Nazis, National Council of La Raza, MALDEF, LULAC, or Media Matters will be removed from our protest locations by police if detected.

We have organized all these towns and cities in less than one month to oppose Rep. Luis Gutierrez's (D-Ill.) plans to file an Amnesty bill before the end of November.

Several pro-Amnesty and pro-illegal alien groups plan to counterprotest our peaceful, lawful and constitutionally protected assemblies.

Many of our events will have guest speakers who are group leaders, candidates for public office, elected officials, and concerned citizens. Others will be sign and flag holding street level protests.

Current cities and towns organized include Snead, AL
, Anchorage, AK, Phoenix, AZ, Big Bear Lake, CA, Los Banos, CA, Modesto, CA, Pasadena, CA, Redding, CA, Riverside, CA, Sacramento, CA, Salinas, CA, San Diego, CA, San Francisco, CA, Santa Maria, CA, Denver, CO, Durango, CO, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Lake City, FL, Miama, FL, Sebring, FL, Titusville, FL, Boise, ID, Idaho Falls, ID, Post Falls, ID, Chicago, IL, Decatur, IL, Indianapolis, IN, Iowa City, IA, Metairie, LA, Boston, MA, Wilbraham, MA, Detroit, MI, Waterford, MI, St. Paul, MN, Grand Island, NE, Omaha, NE, Las Vegas, NV, Dumont, NJ, New York, NY, Syracuse, NY, Raleigh, NC, Columbus, OH, Maria Stein, OH, Painesville, OH, McAlester, OK, Hazleton, PA, Valley Forge, PA, Columbia, SC, Myrtle Beach, SC, Austin, TX, Fort Worth, TX, Alexandria, VA, Yakima, WA,

November 11, 2009

CONTACT: Americans For Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC)
www.alipac.us and www.againstamnesty.com
WilliamG@alipac.us (866) 703-0864

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is calling on all talk radio show hosts in America that value their freedom of speech and value the will of over 78% of their listeners that oppose any form of Amnesty or path to citizenship for illegal aliens to take immediate action.

Talk show hosts are asked to please report the time, dates, locations, and details of the Tea Parties Against Amnesty and Illegal Immigration being held this Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009 in more than 50 cities and towns across America to push back Amnesty legislation. Full event details at www.AgainstAmnesty.com

Talk show hosts are also asked to consider interviewing organizers and organization leaders regarding these historic events on November 14.

Finally, we request that talk show hosts contact the event organizers closest to them who are hosting these Tea Parties Against Amnesty & Illegal Immigration and offer to speak out against illegal immigration as a guest speaker at these events.

We already have many fine talk radio show hosts reporting, attending, and speaking at these events but we need many more.

The Internet component of the new media is in full swing notifying the public about these events. The Main Stream Media has yet to respond. Therefore, we are requesting more reporting and support from all talk radio show hosts that are loyal to American citizens.

Full details, maps, and organizer contact information can be found in our Events Location page at www.AgainstAmnesty.com

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC stands ready to provide you with more information, interviews, or assistance upon request.

Three Days Left To Do The Very Best We Can!
Posted by ALIPAC on November 11th, 2009 at 12:57pm

Friends of ALIPAC,

We are moving the launch of our next lobby campaign against Amnesty back to Monday so we can focus all of our attention on this Sat. Nov. 14. We feel this will be a better time strategically and we want to organize the new support coming in from the Tea Parties Against Amnesty & Illegal Immigration into the new lobbying campaign!

Thanks to your efforts, our pro-illegal alien opposition is already falling back! President Obama and the pro-Amnesty U.S. Senators have already fallen back into the 2010 timetable for their legislation to grant Amnesty and voting rights to 15 million illegal aliens.

In the U.S Congress, Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) has fallen back past his earlier promise to file an Amnesty bill by the end of October. With the news reports coming out of D.C., it appears that House Democrats in swing districts are begging their leadership NOT TO PURSUE this legislation at all.

Gutierrez's latest move is to plan a big announcement AFTER our protests. He has notified his illegal alien child army of volunteers to tune in for a big meeting or press conference on November 19! Traitor Gutierrez knows that each day he falls back the chances that Americans will defeat his Amnesty plans go up!

LET'S KEEP PUSHING THEM BACK!

We only have three days left to do our very best with the historic protests against Amnesty and illegal immigration set up across America for you on Saturday, Nov. 14.

ALIPAC supporters told us they wanted these and we have delivered!

Now it is up to you to make this effort a success.

Please consider the following steps.

1. Locate the Tea Parties Against Amnesty & Illegal Immigration (TPAA) protest nearest you and make plans to attend this Nov. 14. Full details of each event are at www.AgainstAmnesty.com

2. Check the details at www.againstamnesty.com as some locations and times may shift. We plan to provide you with more details on each event soon. Some events are simple sign and flag gatherings and others have guest speakers.

3. Use your e-mail contact lists, the "Tell Others Feature", and your Facebook, Twitter, and Myspace accounts to spread the word about www.AgainstAmnesty.com and get people to sign up. Pay close attention to the number of people signed up on the site. WE WANT THAT NUMBER ABOVE 5,000 by SAT. NOV. 14. It is up to you to decide if we make that goal.

4. Try to persuade friends, family members, and neighbors to accompany you to the nearest TPAA.

5. The most important thing is to be physically present at one of these events. If you can, bring American flags, state flags, or other appropriate flags and signs. If you are looking for sign ideas and online resources to help you print signs, please visit this link where our activists will be gathering and updating sign suggestions for you over the next three days...
http://www.alipac.us/ftopict-177663.html

6. Get the word out on talk radio by calling into shows. ALIPAC is trying hard to get national media exposure for these historic events but despite numerous press releases, no response yet from the MSM. If you have the time, please contact these sources with a note asking them to please COVER THE TEA PARTIES AGAINST AMNESTY AND ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION BEFORE NOV. 14. Perhaps if a few hundred of you contact them they will listen and respond?

7. Please take cameras and video recorders to these events. We will form a collection point online where you can share your pictures and videos with others around the nation.

8. Please thank the event organizers when you go. You can reach them to offer your support beforehand using CONTACT ORGANIZER on the Events Location page at www.AgainstAmnesty.com These people are working hard to provide these events for you and they deserve a lot of thanks and support.

9. Remember that some of these events will be well attended and some will be smaller gatherings. Please make sure everyone knows that these November 14, 2009 events are a prelude to much larger scale operations in the Spring of 2010, when this will be the top topic of discussion in America. Please make sure everyone you see at these events knows they need to sign up to support ALIPAC and NumbersUSA and the other supporting groups to help us lobby against Amnesty and illegal immigration NEXT WEEK! We will try to get a flier together to help you do this.

10. Our Tea Parties Against Amnesty and Illegal Immigration are for all Americans of every race, political party, and faith that make up the 80% of Americans who oppose Amnesty. Any racist or radical groups such as the National Council of La Raza (The Race), MS-13, the KKK, Neo Nazis, MALDEF, LULAC, or Brown Berets are NOT WELCOME. If you see any person, literature, or signs that are indicative of these racist groups, notify the event organizer so they can be removed quickly by police.

Below is our most current list of events, times, and location. Please get everyone you can signed up at www.AgainstAmnesty.com and check back there often for the latest updates, news, and event information.

This Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009 promises to be an historic day as Americans of every race, political party, and religious denomination unify behind Tea Parties Against Amnesty & Illegal Immigration that have quickly formed in over 50 cities in reaction to the news Congressman Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) plans to introduce Comprehensive Amnesty legislation by the end of November.

"The Obama administration and the U.S. Congress need to cease and desist advocacy for any form of Amnesty legislation, since any path to citizenship for illegals is opposed by over 78% of Americans," said William Gheen of ALIPAC. "Too many Americans are aware that four out of five Americans oppose this, that there are Global business interests pushing this unpopular plan, and that the Government is intentionally under-enforcing our existing immigration laws."

The Tea Parties Against Amnesty & Illegal Immigration are being organized by Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) and the events are organized at the website www.AgainstAmnesty.com. Citizens can show their support and demand at the website by registering to become supporters or event organizers. The website also provides event locations and times accompanied by maps.

Protesters are encouraged to attend, to show their support and to bring American flags and signs opposing Amnesty for illegal immigrants if possible. In some locations, motorists will be encouraged to honk, if they oppose Amnesty. ALIPAC has rapidly assembled over 50 events but is planning larger operations for the Spring of 2010, when the Gutierrez / Obama Amnesty legislation should be the top story in the nation.

"This is our warm-up run to the larger Amnesty battle in the Spring," said Gheen. "We are organizing citizens to call and e-mail Congress again like we did in 2007, when we shut down the Capitol phone systems. We are also organizing folks in the streets with Tea Parties and organizing behind campaigns for Congress. This is no longer just an issue, this is a political revolution brewing in the heart of the United States."

All citizens that believe the U.S. Constitution and popular existing immigration laws of the United States should be enforced, INSTEAD of granting Amnesty, are encouraged to tell others, show their support, and attend the over 50 events detailed at www.AgainstAmnesty.com

Currently there are events planned in Yakima, WA, Sterling, VA, Alexandria, VA, Fort Worth, TX, Austin, TX, Columbia, SC, Hazleton, PA, Valley Forge, PA, McAlester, OK, Maria Stein, OH, Columbus, OH, Painesville, OH, Syracuse, NY, New York, NY, Las Vegas, NV, Dumont, NJ, Grand Island, NE, Omaha, NE , Raleigh, NC, St. Paul, MN, Waterford, MI, Detroit, MI, Wilbraham, MA, Metairie, LA, Indianapolis, IN, Chicago, IL, Post Falls, ID, Idaho Falls, ID, Boise, ID, Iowa City, IA, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Sebring, FL, Lake City, FL, Durango, CO, Denver, CO, Modesto, CA, Pasadena, CA, Los Banos, CA, San Francisco, CA, Santa Maria, CA, San Diego, CA, Sacramento, CA, Salinas, CA, Redding, CA, Riverside, CA, Big Bear Lake, CA, Phoenix, AZ Snead, AL, Anchorage, AK

Some events will be simple protests of those gathering with signs and flags. Others will include live music and speeches by candidates, group leaders, and elected officials. Lists of numerous scientific polls showing massive majority American opposition to Amnesty and illegal immigration will be distributed at each even. Illegal immigration issue threatens healthcare vote
Posted by ALIPAC on November 6th, 2009 at 12:35pm

The illegal immigration issue is emerging as the biggest threat to passing healthcare reform in the House.

Congressional Hispanics have threatened to vote against the bill because of a last-minute threat from within the Democratic Caucus to bolster the House bill’s immigration restrictions to match those included in the Senate Finance bill.

Subjects: Illegal Immigration, healthcare reform, Congressional Hispanic Caucus, President Obama, vulnerable Democrats

And they’re also fighting President Barack Obama, the original sponsor of the language prohibiting illegal immigrants from accessing the public health insurance exchange.

On Thursday afternoon, four leaders of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC) traveled to the White House to meet with Obama on behalf of the entire group.

Officially, the purpose of their meeting was to talk to the president about healthcare.

But CHC members, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said the group’s message was clear: Drop your insistence on preventing illegal immigrants from accessing the public exchange, even if their only option is to pay for insurance plans entirely out of their own pockets.

A public exchange is a nationwide pool of health insurance providers that would facilitate access to coverage for individuals and employers.

Obama has promoted the concept as a key component of healthcare reform.

The House healthcare bill already bars illegal immigrants from enrolling in the public option and from receiving subsidies for health plans.

But if the final Senate healthcare bill contains the exchange-prohibition provision that’s in the Finance Committee bill, the provision could also be included in a conference report.

And CHC members have said publicly that they would have a very difficult time voting for any healthcare bill that contained such a provision.

“I am concerned about the manner in which the exchange has been characterized, and I understand the politics of it,” said CHC Vice Chairman Rep. Charles Gonzalez (D-Texas), “but it is very bad policy.”

Gonzalez was at the White House meeting along with CHC Chairwoman Rep. Nydia Velázquez (D-N.Y.), Rep. Lucille Roybal-Allard (D-Calif.) and Democratic Caucus Vice Chairman Xavier Becerra (D-Calif.), the only Hispanic member of the Democratic leadership.

Vulnerable Democrats may push for language that would match the Senate provision on preventing illegal immigrants from accessing a public exchange.

And while there was no identifiable sponsor or group of members pushing for that last-minute change, a Democrat with direct knowledge of the process for guiding the healthcare bill through the Rules Committee described it as a distinct possibility.

If House leaders determined that they needed to insert the Senate immigration language in order to pass the healthcare bill, the Senate language would be included in a “self-executing” rule allowing for consideration of the healthcare bill containing the change.

Should that occur, members of the CHC have said they will vote against the rule. Assuming all Republicans vote no, a revolt of any more than 37 Democrats would torpedo the legislation. The CHC has 27 members.

But a significant number of Democrats — largely from conservative districts — may demand such a change if they believe Obama and Senate Democrats will stand firm on their support for stronger language than the current House language.

“I have to be able to reassure my constituents that those who are here illegally cannot avail themselves of the provisions provided in this healthcare bill,” said freshman Democratic Rep. Gerry Connolly (Va.). “The Senate language may tighten that up a bit.”

Connolly said he wouldn’t necessarily need the Senate language to allay his concerns, but he said that he can’t make that determination until he sees the final language of the bill.

“You’ve got real competing interests among Democrats in the House over abortion and immigration, and I believe the immigration issue is the more significant of the two,” he said.

Dems get health ready for House vote

Jennifer Haberkorn THE WASHINGTON TIMES

Democratic House leaders are pushing for a final vote on a health care reform bill scheduled for Saturday with last-minute negotiations continuing over taxpayer-funded abortions and other contentious issues.

Leaders and at least a handful of pro-life Democrats appear to be close to a deal on language that would assure them that taxpayers would not have to pay for abortions, which is the most significant hurdle to final passage.

The 10-year, $1.2 trillion House bill would establish a government-run insurance plan, require individuals to obtain insurance and employers to provide it, and provide tax subsidies to help the poor and middle class obtain coverage.

Final passage in the House would put President Obama's goal of reforming the health care system within sight of the White House. From there, the Senate would have to pass its bill and then the two pieces of legislation would have to be combined, though neither is expected to be easy tasks.

It's not clear yet whether Democrats have the votes required to pass the bill. House Majority Leader Steny H. Hoyer, when asked whether he has the 218 votes, simply said, "We'll see."

Democrats plan to make final changes to their bill - expected to include the abortion compromise - by Friday, when the Rules Committee meets. Chairman Louise M. Slaughter, New York Democrat, said there will likely be five hours of floor debate and no floor amendments accepted in a rare Saturday session in the House.

During that time, Republicans hope to be able to offer their reform plan, released Wednesday, which would allow insurance companies to sell across state lines, establish high-risk insurance pools and limit medical malpractice awards. They rebuffed the idea that Democrats would try to pass the bill with one day of formal debate.

"The idea that Congress would enact a government takeover of one-sixth of the American economy and debate it for half a working day would be deeply offensive to the millions of Americans would cherish limited government," said Rep. Mike Pence of Indiana, chairman of the House Republican Conference.

There are expected to be conservative Democrats who vote against the bill over worry that it adds to the debt, allows for taxpayer-funded abortion or provides illegal immigrants access to the insurance exchanges.

A group of about 40 pro-life Democrats had threatened to prevent the House from starting debate on the health care reform bill if the legislation would allow taxpayer-funded abortions. There are enough members to successfully do so.

But the compromise, drafted by Rep. Brad Ellsworth, Indiana Democrat, is likely to appease at least the few required to get enough votes to start debate. Ms. Slaughter said Wednesday that the plan from Mr. Ellsworth would be likely be accepted.

Mr. Ellsworth's plan would prevent any taxpayer dollars from funding payment for an abortion, he said, requiring any payment for the procedure to circumvent the Treasury Department entirely.

The Congressional Research Service issued a legal advisory that the compromise would uphold the status quo - that taxpayer funds don't go toward abortions, which is what nearly all parties say they're trying to do.

"We don't want the abortion issue to be the issue that derails health care reform," said Rep. Jim Langevin, Rhode Island Democrat.

But the plan doesn't go far enough for the National Right to Life Committee, which called it a "money-laundering scam," signaling that it may not appease all 40 members.

Immigration also threatens to stall health care reform. In recent days, groups that support a crackdown on illegal immigration have warned that the House bill would allow people in the country illegally to get access to the insurance exchanges or other government benefits provided by the bill.

"If powerful special interests prevail, the final version of a health care reform bill will have been used to transform immigration policies as aggressively as it was used to transform the U.S. health care system itself," said Dan Stein, president of Federation for American Immigration Reform.

But at least one supporter of expanding health insurance access to illegal immigrants said Wednesday that preventing access would threaten his support.

"I would find it extremely difficult to vote for any measure that denies undocumented workers health care," said Rep. Luis V. Gutierrez, Illinois Democrat. He said undocumented workers should be allowed access to insurance coverage provided that they get no tax assistance.

Amnesty to be 'coup de grace' to United States?
'We are calling for a peaceful, political revolution in America now'

Posted: November 03, 2009
10:31 pm Eastern

By Bob Unruh
WorldNetDaily

The chief of an organization that has been fighting plans to grant amnesty to millions, perhaps tens of millions of illegal aliens now within the United States, has launched a campaign for a series of "tea parties" on Nov. 14 to let Washington know what Americans want.

"I'm not going to mince words," said William Gheen, chief of Americans for Legal Immigration, "We are calling for a peaceful, political revolution and uprising in America now."

Dozens of events already have been planned, but more are needed, Gheen said today. That's simply because while President George W. Bush's plans for immigration reform and amnesty for illegals were bad, under President Obama the situation is deteriorating quickly.

"The globalists that are behind illegal immigration intend to replace heartland Americans with new voters who previously were illegal aliens," Gheen told WND. "If that occurs it won't matter what your issue is, they will control that voting population, effectively destroying the conservative base of the Republican Party … There will be no peaceful or political hope for future immigration enforcement of the borders
of the United States.

"It will be a country that no longer exists," he said. "It will be the coup de grace."

Under the banner of the AgainstAmnesty.com website, where details about the times and locations are being listed, events are being planned nationwide. Already plans have been confirmed for:

* Phoenix
, Ariz., 10 a.m. on the state Capitol grounds at 1700 W. Washington St.

* Los Banos, Calif., 11 a.m. at 903 East Pacheco Blvd. near Los Banos County Park

* Pasadena, Calif., 10 a.m. at 100 N. Garfield Ave.

* San Diego, Calif., 11 a.mm. at 100 Tuna Lane "Tuna Harbor Park"

* San Francisco, Calif., 11 a.m. at Fisherman's Wharf Pier 39

* Santa Maria, Calif., 11 a.m. at Bradley Rd & Betteravia Rd.

* Denver, Colo., 10 a.m. at 500 E. Colfax Ave.

* Durango, Colo., 1 p.m. at 149 S. Camino Del Rio Santarita Park

* Fort Lauderdale, Fla., 1 p.m. at N. Federal Highway and E. Oakland Park Blvd.

* Sebring, Fla. 1 p.m. at 213 Circle Park Dr.

* Post Falls, Idaho, noon at 5100 Riverbend Ave. Greyhound Park & Event Center

* Chicago, 1 p.m. at Michigan Ave. and Madison Ave.

* Wilbraham, Mass., 8 a.m. at 2001 Boston Road

* Waterford, Mich., noon at 5100 Dixie Highway

* St. Paul, Minn., 11 a.m. at 75 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd

* Dumont, N.J., 8 a.m. at Columbia Ave. and Washington St.

* Raleigh, N.C., 2 p.m. a 16 W. Jones St.

* Columbus, Ohio, 10 a.m. at 1 Capital Square

* Maria Stein, Ohio, 2 p.m. at 8608 State Rt. 119

* McAlester, Okla., noon at 500 S. George Nigh Expressway

* Hazleton, Pa., 2 p.m. at 40 N. Church St.

* Fort Worth, Texas, noon at 100 East Weatherford St.

* Alexandria, Va., 11 a.m. at 333 N. Fairfax St.

* Sterling, Va., 1 p.m. at 21660 N. Sterling Blvd.

The organization said that while most polls show a supermajority of Americans "of every race and political affiliation oppose any form of amnesty or path to citizenship for illegal aliens," Obama already is moving that direction.

"Like Bush, he is creating amnesty without congressional or public approval by suspending enforcement of most of our existing immigration laws
! The latest news reports indicate Obama has recently stopped work site enforcement, stopped local police from enforcing immigration laws, stopped Arizona Sheriff [Joe] Arpaio from arresting illegal aliens, and now intends to release illegal aliens in custody from detention centers as a prelude to his comprehensive amnesty.

"We find his actions to be authoritarian, dictatorial, and a violation of both the letter and the spirit of the U.S. Constitution and his own oath of office. Obama is depriving all Americans of representation for those who are taxed, and is violating public trust at a time we need every job and taxpayer resource for Americans!" the group's website says.

"It is time for Americans to stand together in unity to insist that citizen control of our government be re-established and that the requirements of the U.S. Constitution, which empowers Congress to create uniform immigration laws and the president to enforce them, be respected!"

Gheen told WND there's an urgency because U.S. Rep. Luis Gutierrez has announced plans to introduce an amnesty bill to Congress by the end of this month. He said while it may not be address immediately, by spring of 2010, it's expected to be on an Obama fast-track much like the health care takeover proposal now.

Gheen said his organization has worked with lobbying, telephone calls and e-mails in the past. But the situation now, "is getting so unstable that we feel its important for people to get in the streets and organize in a civil fashion."

Last Call for Organizers For Nov. 14 Tea Parties Vs. Amnesty
Posted by ALIPAC on November 3rd, 2009 at 11:30am

Friends of ALIPAC,

This is our last strong request for people to step forward to volunteer as organizers for Tea Parties Against Amnesty & Illegal Immigration on Saturday, Nov. 14.

We are very pleased that we have 24 organizers in place so far, but we would like more. Remember that there will be a huge flood of interest in these events if Luis Gutierrez files his Amnesty bill before the 14th!

We also will be receiving more press coverage over the coming week so we need more towns and cities organized to receive the beneifits of that coverage.

Soon, our full attention will turn to 1. Getting more people to attend the events we do have organized. 2. Turning up the volume on our lobbying efforts and 3. Channeling the Tea Party efforts into more support for our lobbying against Amnesty and illegal immigration.

We have made becoming an organizer very simple.

You can simply pick a location where you want people to join you to hold signs and flags and to talk about Amnesty for illegal aliens or you can start off with something simple and build it up with guest speakers if you like.

The most important thing right now is to provide the American public with as many events as possible for each event, even if only a small gathering, will be a chance to get the truth out about Amnesty and illegal immigration.

If you, or someone you know is willing to sign up as an organizer, we will provide you with assistance, information, suggestions, etc....

Simply take the following steps.

1. Go to www.AgainstAmnesty.com and make sure you are signed up as a supporter on the homepage, but if the maps and Events List does not show an existing event within a one hour drive of your town, please visit the "Create Town Rally" page and fill out the ORGANIZER form at the bottom.
http://www.againstamnesty.com/organizer_application.php

2. E-mail the exact street address and description of your event location to Info@AgainstAmnesty.com (Ex. 55 Main St. 'City Hall" or 123 Circle Drive "Cactus Park" etc.)

Once you are on our maps and lists, people can contact you by e-mail if they are in your area and have questions.

As you can see, there are thousands of people signing up for these events but not as many organizers in place as we would like to have.

We need new events that have no existing events within an hour's travel, but there are some blank spots on the map where we have lots of interest but no organizers yet.

Tea Parties Against Amnesty

A preemptive strike to stop amnesty from becoming law is in the works.

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) is calling on the immigration enforcement movement to team up with the Taxpayer Tea Party and 9/12 movements to hold “Tea Parties Against Amnesty” rallies across America on November 14.

“We know that the honest polling data shows over three to one opposition to the Gutierrez Obama Comprehensive Amnesty path to citizenship legislation,” William Gheen of ALIPAC said in a press release referring to Illinois Congressman Luis Gutierrez proposed immigration reform legislation. “ALIPAC stands ready to organize and channel the backlash wave of anger that is coming into peaceful civic action designed to remove many lawmakers who do not serve the wishes or interests of their constituents in 2010!”

Luis V. Gutierrez, D-Ill. is the chairman of the Democratic Caucus Task Force on Immigration. He also introduced the Citizenship Promotion Act with then Senator Obama in 2007. It is a bill which, in part, would give $80 million to community organizers to “organize” the immigrant community to become U.S. citizens with the right to vote.

The “Gutierrez Obama Comprehensive Amnesty” plan, as ALIPAC calls it, made news in October when Gutierrez spoke at an event organized by Reform Immigration FOR America. According to their website, “The Campaign to Reform Immigration for America is, in part, a project of the Tides Advocacy Fund.” The Tides Advocacy Fund “is founded on principles of social justice, broadly shared economic opportunity, a robust democratic process and a sustainable environment.”

The key criteria outlined in Gutierrez’s proposed legislation includes:

Quote:
A path to legalization for illegal immigrants who pay taxes, learn English, pass background checks.
A commission to decide appropriate levels of future workers wanting to come to the U.S. This would be instead of a new temporary worker program.
A “21st century enforcement strategies” at the border, that presumably doesn’t include the border fence that Republicans have insisted upon.
Interior enforcement that doesn’t include workplace raids.
A worker verification system with error proof database.
A system based on family reunification
Ag Jobs, giving agricultural workers a path to legalization.
The DREAM Act, which would allow young people who crew up in the U.S. to be able to work and go to college legally.

In an email exchange Gheen said that the November 14 rallies were put together rapidly to catch any backlash that would come from Gutierrez if he files his proposed legislation. Gheen made it clear that these upcoming rallies are a precursor, “We plan larger scale operations in the Spring,” he wrote back.

The last time comprehensive immigration reform with a pathway to citizenship for illegal aliens was put forward was in June 2007 under former President George W. Bush. The bill was defeated when the Senate vote fell 14 votes short of the 60 required to move it forward.

While it is no secret that America’s immigration system is broken, and this longstanding system breakdown adversely affects America’s national security and economy, the latest Rasmussen Report shows, “By a 70% to 22% margin, voters say that gaining control of the borders is more important than legalizing the status of undocumented workers already in the country.”

However, despite the wishes of voters, legalizing illegal aliens inevitably seems to become the dominate topic in the immigration debate. It also appears in impending legislation aside from Gutierrez’s proposals. Before President-elect Barack Obama’s inauguration, for instance, in January 2009, Vermont’s Senator Patrick Leahy introduced the tough-titled “Stronger Economy, Stronger Borders Act of 2009,” S. 9. However, in Sen. Leahy’s introduction it is revealed that a wall with Mexico should be “reconsidered” because it is a “symbol of fear and intolerance,” and “harsh penalties and more enforcement” are not a realistic solution to address illegal aliens.

Then there is Senator Charles “Chuck” Schumer, a co-sponsor of S. 9, who also serves as the Chairman of the powerful Subcommittee on Immigration, Refugees and Border Security. His voting record, documented by Ontheissues.org, suggests he is a staunch illegal aliens advocate.

Quote:
Sen. Schumer:

Voted YES on continuing federal funds for declared “sanctuary cities”. (Mar 2008)
Voted YES on comprehensive immigration reform. (Jun 2007)
Voted NO on declaring English as the official language of the US government. (Jun 2007)
Voted YES on building a fence along the Mexican border. (Sep 2006)
Voted YES on establishing a Guest Worker program. (May 2006)
Voted YES on allowing illegal aliens to participate in Social Security. (May 2006)
Voted YES on giving Guest Workers a path to citizenship. (May 2006)
Voted NO on limiting immigrant benefits & controlling borders more tightly. (Sep 1996)
Voted NO on prohibiting illegal immigrants from receiving FEMA benefits. (Jul 1994)
Co-sponsored providing funding for social services for noncitizens. (May 2006)
Rated 8% by USBC, indicating an open-border stance. (Dec 2006)

More evidence that legalizing illegal aliens is on the horizon appears in an October 1 interview in the New York Times with the new director of the United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), Alejandro Mayorkas. Mayorkas said that the agency “is already planning ahead for the possibility of giving legal status to millions of illegal immigrants.”

This all might be good news for amnesty advocates but here is the bad news — which should concern both points of view on this issue. The notion that the USCIS, tasked in part to keep America safe by keeping unscrupulous people out, is a competent agency and therefore will be equipped to process millions of illegal aliens should amnesty become law is fiction and entirely absurd when one examines the USCIS’ record. For starters, America’s $2.6 billion a-year immigration agency amassed a twenty-year backlog of applications under both Democratic and Repubican administrations. It loses files. Even worse, it is riddled with crime and corruption where bribery, be it for money, gifts or sex is part of their record of achievement that has put America’s national security in jeopardy and arguably contributed to the illegal alien problem in the first place. To expect competency from this troubled bureaucracy could prove to be an exercise in self-defeat.

ALIPAC’s mission is to conduct rallies and protests across America. “We hope that these events combined with our lobbying efforts and support for campaigns will stop these attempts to destroy America through mass illegal immigration and amnesty.”

Americans Vs. Illegals Who Will Win?
Posted by ALIPAC on November 2nd, 2009 at 10:20am
Friends of ALIPAC,

We have good news to report and hope you will react accordingly.

First, our Tea Parties Against Amnesty effort has really picked up steam! We now have 22 cities and towns organized and 3,000 supporters signed up in our first two weeks of operations!

We have announced that Saturday, Nov. 14, will be our warm up to much larger operations in the Spring. More people are signing up to support and to organize each day!

Has a city or town near you been added yet? Check our maps, Events List and News Section daily for updates! www.AgainstAmnesty.com

As of today, Rep. Luis Gutierrez has fallen back from his promise to file his Amnesty bill by Oct. 30. His new claim is that he will file it by the end of November. The President and the US Senate have both fallen back to 2010 time lines.

We are happy to see our opposition falling back into 2010 where we are more likely to defeat their Amnesty plans. Our Tea Parties Against Amnesty are coming together to capture new public support in reaction to the current push for Amnesty, as well as add more political pressure to our existing lobbying campaigns.

Congressman Gutierrez recently told NPR that ramroding health care and energy legislation were part of the planning to push through unpopular AMNESTY legislation, despite popular opposition.

Passing Health Care and Energy Bills Part of Plan to Pass Amnesty for illegals

Have you signed up as a supporter yet? Can you quickly organize your city or town? Have you used the "tell others" feature to spread the word at www.AgainstAmnesty.com ?

Organizing an event in your town can be very easy. We just need you as a coordinator so others can contact you by e-mail through www.AgainstAmnesty.com and can gather at a location you arrange. You can do a simple gathering of people with signs and American flags or you can add speakers by inviting local law makers, candidates, talk radio show hosts, organization leaders, or citizen activists!

We have 12 days left to prepare and we are doing all we can to: 1. Organize as many events as possible for Sat. Nov. 14 and 2. Send as many people into those events as possible to push back Gutierrez, and to rally our fellow Americans to defeat Amnesty and reverse illegal immigration once again!

Please use www.AgainstAmnesty.com to sign up to organizer, sign up to add your support, or to tell all of your contacts about this effort!

WILL GOVERNOR CORZINE GO DOWN ON TUESDAY?

A lot of national attention is being focused on the campaign for governor in New Jersey that will be decided this Tuesday Nov. 3.

The race is between Democrat incumbent Jon Corzine and Republican challenger Christopher Christie.

The polls show this race is very close!

ALIPAC cannot endorse or support state level candidates in elections.

However, we can remind all of our supporters that we recently fought and defeated Gov. Jon Corzine earlier in 2009 when he was pushing state legislation that would provide in-state tuition benefits for illegal aliens!

In fact, ALIPAC proclaimed that Jon Corzine would never be reelected barring any major deficits by his opponent due to his support for pro-illegal alien legislation, rejected by over 80% of Americans including the fine citizens of New Jersey.

In-state tuition for illegal aliens would force taxpayers to pay to replace our own children in the limited seats in colleges with illegal aliens! ALIPAC helped defeat this measure in several states in 2009 and over ten states since 2005.

Corzine's numbers fell after his support for that unpopular legislation and President Obama has personally deployed into NJ to support Corzine in the final moments of the campaign.

If Jon Corzine is defeated by Chris Christie, it will reinforce the pattern of major candidates becoming unelectable after receiving a lot of publicity for supporting illegal aliens.

John McCain played the role of Republican front man for Amnesty in 2006 and 2007 and became so despised that millions of voters refused to support him. Hillary Clinton got in a scandal flip flopping on her support for licenses for illegal aliens, her numbers fell and never recovered enough for her to win either!

Then there was infamous Gov. Elliot Spitzer of New York state. Even before his hooker scandal, his numbers had fallen so low after his support for licenses for illegal aliens that most political analysts announced Spitzer's political career was over. A national poll that emerged during that scandal showed 77% of Americans oppose licenses for illegal aliens.

While there are many different factors that determine which candidate will or will not win a race, and no one factor usually dominates the outcome, we have a clear pattern emerging.

That pattern is that candidates who get caught up in major publicity showing them on the side of illegal aliens usually become unelectable!

Tomorrow's election in New Jersey will determine if that pattern holds or is defied.

Will the voters of New Jersey return Corzine to office after he recently pushed for illegal aliens to have in-state tuition provided by taxpayers? Or will voters go with one of the two Republican candidates who came out publicly against Corzine's push for the unpopular state legislation?

We will find out tomorrow.

Thanks to your support, the story broke nationally after our release and our video has been viewed approximately 100,000 times! The video has won many awards on Youtube and continues to gain attention while stimulating press coverage in hundreds of publications.

Lou's concerns are being justified by the many posts by illegal alien supporters beneath the video that advocate for the murder of Lou Dobbs and his family due to Lou's political beliefs that are shared by most of us. It is clear that the illegal alien supporting groups are spreading lies designed to evoke violence and harm all of our civil rights.

Feds Only Deport Half of Illegal Aliens Arrested for Crimes in America!

US Govt Not Deporting Half Of Illegal Alien Criminals

2009 October 28 Wednesday
by By Randall Parker
Parapundit(dot)com

A new study from the Center for Immigration Studies highlights the effectiveness of a federal policy to allow local law enforcement officials to do immigration law enforcement. Section 287(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) of 1995 enables police to detain illegal aliens. But a shortage of federal resources allows many criminals to escape deportation.

287(g) provides a significant boost to ICE’s ability to identify and remove aliens who have committed crimes. In 2008, the number of 287(g) arrests (45,368) was equal to one-fifth of all criminal aliens identified by ICE in prisons and jails nationwide (221,085).

287(g) is cost-effective and much less expensive than other criminal alien identification programs such as Secure Communities and Fugitive Operations. For example, in 2008 ICE spent $219 million to remove 34,000 fugitive aliens (who are mostly criminals). In 2008, ICE was given $40 million for 287(g), which produced more than 45,000 arrests of aliens who were involved in state and local crimes.

The biggest obstacle to improving and expanding 287(g) is the lack of funding for bed space to detain illegal aliens who have committed crimes who are discovered by local agencies. Currently ICE is removing fewer than half of the criminal aliens identified under 287(g).

Deportation of illegal aliens who commit crimes (aside from entering and staying illegally) is great for citizens because the criminals are, well, criminals. They prey on non-criminals. When police are able to identify criminals as illegal aliens the US government should make the necessary effort to deport every last one of them. That the US government can't even get it together enough to deport all the criminal aliens is pathetic.

Tea Parties Ready To Harness Immigration Backlash This Week
Posted by ALIPAC on October 26th, 2009 at 10:17am

Contact: ALIPAC, www.alipac.us, (866) 703-0864

With only four days remaining until Congressman Luis Guitierez files his Comprehensive Amnesty legislation, Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) is moving into position to harness the dramatic public backlash by positioning the group on social media sites and preparing Tea Parties Against Amnesty to be held across America on November 14!

"We know that the honest polling data shows over three to one opposition to the Gutierrez Obama Comprehensive Amnesty path to citizenship legislation," says William Gheen of ALIPAC. "ALIPAC stands ready to organize and channel the backlash wave of anger that is coming into peaceful civic action designed to remove many lawmakers who do not serve the wishes or interests of their constituents in 2010!"

ALIPAC recently became the most supported organization in the nation on either side of the immigration debates on Twitter, Facebook, and Myspace. The group has even surpassed organizations with multi-million dollar budgets such as the National Council of La Raza.

"ALIPAC is dominating the pro-Amnesty groups in the social media just as we have on the web for years because truth be known we have much more support from the American public than they do!" said William Gheen.

Americans for Legal Immigration is also setting up "Tea Parties Against Amnesty" across the nation on November 14 to capture the backlash against the Gutierrez Obama Amnesty Bill.

The Tea Party Against Amnesty effort is being organized at www.AgainstAmnesty.com

This new website has fourteen events setup and seven hundred supporters after less than two weeks of operation. A huge wave of new supporters are expected, once Gutierrez Obama files his Amnesty bill.

"Make my day punk!" said Gheen. "Gutierrez and his fellow traitors in Washington know they are running out of time on this Amnesty legislation and since 78% of Americans oppose what they are trying to do and many consider it Treason."

The Tea Parties Against Amnesty on November 14 are only a warm up to collect support from the initial backlash and in preparation for a larger number of events being planned for the Spring of 2010, when the Amnesty battle will be full swing, if Gutierrez follows through with his threat to file a bill by October 30.

Obama Administration STOPS Sheriff Joe Arpaio from Enforcing Immigration Laws!
Posted by ALIPAC on October 24th, 2009 at 3:03pm

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) told CNSNews.com that after reviewing the Memorandum of Agreements between Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and state and local law enforcement agencies in 23 states, the only agency to lose its authority under the 287(g) program to operate task forces that can enforce federal immigration laws is the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.

“It’s the only one,” Matt Chandler, spokesman for the DHS, said on Thursday.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who oversees the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, is well-known for arresting illegal immigrants to be deported, and his success in catching illegals has been criticized largely by liberal public leaders and activists.

On Oct. 16, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano announced that 67 agreements had been renewed, including Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s department, which retained its authority to check the immigration status of individuals who are booked into Maricopa County jails but is no longer authorized to check immigration status during street operations.

The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 added Section 287(g), which explains performance of immigration-officer functions by state officers and employees, to the Immigration and Nationality Act. It authorizes the secretary of DHS to enter into agreements with state and local law enforcement agencies, permitting officers trained and certified by ICE to perform immigration law enforcement functions.

Since January 2006, the 287(g) program is credited with identifying more than 130,000 potentially removable aliens, the majority of which are incarcerated in local jails. More than 1,075 law-enforcement officers have been trained and certified through the program.

“Coordinating with our state and local partners is important to smart and effective enforcement of our immigration laws,” Napolitano said in announcing the renewals. “These new agreements promote public safety by prioritizing the identification and removal of dangerous criminal aliens, and ensure consistency and stronger federal oversight of state and local immigration law enforcement efforts across the nation.”

“The rules set forth in these agreements will enhance our efforts to work together effectively with our local partners,” Napolitano said.

But critics charge that the Obama administration is trying to appease people who oppose amnesty for the 12 to 14 million people who are believed to be in the United States illegally.

“We are troubled by this administration’s promotion of 287(g) contracts and other programs that continue to hijack state and local criminal justice systems to enforce federal civil immigration law,” Margaret Huang, executive director of the pro-amnesty Rights Working Group, said ahead of a demonstration at DHS headquarters on Thursday to oppose the agreements.

“While Arizona is an egregious case, this is only one example of the abuses that can occur under such programs,” Huang added.

As reported earlier by CNSNews.com, the Hispanic Congressional Caucus has asked the Obama administration to terminate the 287(g) program because it claims the program uses racial profiling to target immigrant communities.

“These agreements are the subject of serious concern as local law enforcement agencies have used the new powers to target communities of color, including a disproportionate number of Latinos, for arrest,” the caucus wrote in a letter to President Barack Obama on Sept. 28.

“The 287(g) program, which was significantly expanded throughout the Bush administration, relinquishes the power to enforce federal immigration laws to local law enforcement and corrections agencies,” the caucus added.

“The misuse of the 287(g) program by its current participants has rendered it ineffective and dangerous to community safety,” the letter said.

CNSNews.com also earlier reported that Sheriff Arpaio could use another federal law to continue to enforce immigration laws in Maricopa County.

Kris Kobach, former counsel to U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft and a professor of law at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, told CNSNews.com that there is a federal statute that addresses immigration law and local law enforcement.

“Federal law does expressly authorize state and local police to make immigration arrests of previously deported felons who return to the United States and are in the country unlawfully,” Kobach said.

“That federal statute is found at 8 U.S.C. 1252c. In addition, as the U.S. Department of Justice officially recognized in 2002, state and local police possess the inherent authority to arrest illegal aliens and detain them briefly in order to transfer them to federal custody,” Kobach added.

“Those are two forms of arrest authority that Sheriff Arpaio possesses, apart from Section 287(g) authority,” Kobach said.

Arpaio claims that more than 30,000 individuals have been identified as illegal aliens since his department signed on with ICE in 2007.

Arpaio said he plans to continue to arrest people who are in the United States illegally.

“We’ve been doing it for two years and have been very successful, but I guess they don’t like to enforce illegal immigration laws,” Arpaio told CNSNews.com. “[It] doesn’t make any difference. I’m still going to continue my programs, regardless of what the feds like or don’t like.”

In the Oct. 16 announcement, the DHS said that 55 agreements had been signed by ICE and the partnering agency; 12 agreements had been reached and await approval by the local jurisdiction's supervisory authority; and six agreements had negotiations underway.

Six jurisdictions did not re-sign the new 287(g) agreement or withdrew during negotiations for a variety of reasons, including implementation of the Secure Communities program, budgetary constraints and limited program utilization, according to the DHS.

Tea Parties Against Amnesty Nationwide November 14

The Obama administration's gutting of key immigration and border security programs combined with a push for amnesty legislation by the Hispanic Caucus in Congress has led to a national organization calling for Tea Parties Against Amnesty & Illegal Immigration to be held across America on Saturday, Nov. 14!

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC, also known as ALIPAC, is a multi-party and multi-ethnic national organization founded on 9/11 in 2004 to oppose illegal immigration and amnesty, while supporting border security and the enforcement of our existing immigration laws.

"Obama is creating an unlawful and unconstitutional Amnesty for illegal immigrants today by completely paralyzing the enforcement of our existing immigration laws." said William Gheen spokesman of ALIPAC. "By doing so he is defying the will of Congress and over 80% of America's citizens of every hue and political persuasion. He is now officially worse on immigration than Bush!"

Numerous national and local polls indicate that a super majority of Americans oppose President Obama's continuation of the Bush non-enforcement doctrine and path to citizenship agenda for illegal aliens. A recent Pulse Opinion Research, LLC, poll of 1,000 likely voters on August 26, 2009 found seventy-eight percent (78%) of likely voters were opposed to legalizing the status of the estimated 12 million illegal immigrants in the U.S., with only 19% supporting it!

"We have Republicans and Democrats in Washington today who are acting like a one party system, while betraying the American public in unprecedented fashion," said William Gheen. "It is time for Americans to Unite and to light up the switchboards in DC and gather in the streets and parks to demand that attempts to pass any form of Amnesty for illegal aliens cease or be defeated!"

ALIPAC's call for supporters and Tea Party organizers comes on the heels of this week's announcements by Rep. Raul Grijalva (D-Ariz.) and Illinois Democrat Luis Gutierrez that Amnesty legislation will be filed by the Hispanic Caucus in Congress by the end of October.

This unpopular attempt to implement and pass Amnesty comes at a time when public anger towards Washington is at historically high levels, along with historic unemployment, underemployment, foreclosure, debt, and deficit levels.

All Americans who oppose Amnesty for illegal aliens are encouraged to visit ALIPAC's new website at www.AgainstAmnesty.com to sign up to support or organize Tea Party Rallies Against Amnesty and Illegal Immigration on November 14, 2009!

Tea Party Against Amnesty & Illegal Immigration Volunteers Needed
Posted by ALIPAC -- Americans for Legal Immigration PAC on October 12th, 2009 at 12:14pm

Friends of ALIPAC,

Tomorrow we will announce, via national press release, our ambitions to make history on November 14, 2009 with a wave of unprecedented Tea Parties Against Amnesty & Illegal Immigration across America.

We need your help to prepare.

We need help with four things today.

ORGANIZERS

One, we need volunteers that are willing to setup an event in your town or city. This is very easy to do and you can do something simple such as just picking a location where a few people gather with signs and flags or you can build your event up to a larger venue with stages and guest speakers. The most important thing is that you volunteer to give people a place to gather with you to speak out against Amnesty on 11-14!

Being an organizer is a great opportunity for someone that has never done one before or an experienced hand involved with the Tea Party or 9/12 events!

If you are willing to be an organizer, all you need to do is pick out the location you plan to have your event and the times you want to have your event. We recommend three hour events. If your event location is on private property, you will need to approach the owner for full permission after you tell us your location. If your event is on public property you will need to call local police to see, if you need a simple permit or not. Cities and towns cannot charge you excessive fees for protests or rallies and we all remember how the illegal aliens took to the streets without even seeking permits a few years ago.

If you can get us your information before Tuesday morning that is great. If not, please send us your info soon.

If you are willing to be an organizer please send us the following info. We need a phone number for our records but if you don't want the number displayed let us know.

LINKS LINKS LINKS!

As we launch this website officially this week, many people will hear about us in the media and look for us on search engines.

For them to be able to find us in large numbers we need as many quality web links into www.AgainstAmnesty.com as possible.

If you own or administer a website or websites please place a simple link to us on your site or blog. You can also use our "Link To Us" section for cool graphics and banners.

If you are a Twitter, Facebook, or MySpace user you can place a link or banner directed to http://www.AgainstAmnesty.com there for others and the search engines to see.

If you post and comment in online communities like ALIPAC's Discussion Groups please consider adding a link to www.AgainstAmnesty.com to your signature file or your profile pages.

You can also help us with links by sending e-mails to those that run your favorite websites or blogs that read "I noticed you are not linking to the Tea Party Against Amnesty and Illegal Immigration website yet. They need lots of help before 11-14-09 so please place a link and or banner on your site to www.AgainstAmnesty.com"

The success or failure of our efforts on 11-14-09 could greatly depend on the number of web links out there pointing at us. We need you to get the ball rolling.

Comments, Corrections, and Suggestions?

Please look over each page at www.AgainstAmnesty.com It is a work in progress and we are still putting on the finishing touches. If you see any typos or needed corrections let us know. If you have any suggestions on how the site could appear or function better let us know.

Group Sponsors?

If your group or organization or one that you belong to is willing to become a SPONSOR of the 11-14-09 events with us, please have them contact us. Each sponsoring organization must agree to help in three ways. 1. To organize a minimum of one event somewhere in America with one of their officers speaking at the event. 2. To prominently display banners and links to us on their primary website and 3. To contact each and every e-mail contact and social media contact they have on behalf of www.AgainstAmnesty.com

We need more sponsors soon, so please let us know.

Our goal will be to get as many events lined up with as many people signed up as possible.

We will put out a call for attendees next and you can go sign up to attend rallies and encourage your friends to do so when we put out the call.

You will receive a copy of the press release and official announcement tomorrow morning.

Let's get as many links in, errors corrected, events and organizers listed, and sponsors on board as we can before tomorrow's official launch!
